1. Will you Still Walk my dog in bad weather
Yes, we will still walk your dog in bad weather, as long as it's ok to do so. We always prioritize your pet's well-being and will adjust walk duration and route as needed to ensure they stay comfortable. If conditions are severe, we will communicate with you to discuss alternative options. Your dog's happiness and safety are our top priorities!
2. How do you accept payments
We accept payments via Venmo, Cash, or Check! For weekly clients payment will collected at the end of the week. For all other clients payments will be collected next day!
3. Are you Insured and Bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded through Pet Care Insurance, Inc. Policy # JN1224-PCI84092
We also a Pet CPR & First Aid certified.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations! If we receive less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service price. We do understand emergencies can arise, in these cases cancellation fees may be waived or reduced at our discretion.
5. Will I Recieve updates From my sitter?
Always! We send multiple pictures after the completion of each visit. In addition to the pictures we will write you a message of what went on at the visit.
6. Do you include house sitting services?
Yes! There is a section on our pet sitting form that goes over any specific house sitting tasks you may need completed while you are away.
7. Are you able to adminster medication?
Definitely! We have experience with all kinds of medications whether it is an injection, pill, topical, etc. as long as we are given proper instructions for said medication.
